Sellers can now receive the same full exclusive service & representation without paying a high commission or hidden fees.
My listing fee –> 1% of the Sales Price ($3,000 minimum) + $375 marketing fee.
This is in addition to and does not include the fee (commission) for a buyers agent. The buyers agent fee is negotiable. I suggest offering 2.4% to 3.0%.

* Home staging options also available with 3rd party vendor (required consulting fee TBD). Total cost TBD depending on scope of work, paid at time of service.
